The past year for the employees of the territorial branches of the Council of Farmers, Dekhkan Farms and the owners of household lands of Uzbekistan, became a year of continuous training and advanced training.
In particular, on the basis of the approved schedule, with the participation of responsible representatives of the apparatus of the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers, about 30 training seminars were held on topics such as “Organization of labor protection in agriculture” and “Conventions of the International Labor Organization ratified by Uzbekistan “. The seminars were attended by over 700 people.
In the classroom, students received detailed information about the essence and significance of the ILO conventions ratified in Uzbekistan, the drafting of industry agreements and collective agreements, the organization of work on labor protection and safety in the agricultural industry, accident prevention, first aid, and compulsory civil liability insurance for employers.
As part of the advanced training, representatives of the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Agro-Industrial Complex Workers presented to students the methodological manuals on the organization of labor protection, labor relations and labor standards.
