The delegation of the Federation of trade unions of Kazakhstan visited Uzbekistan and got acquainted with the experience of our trade unions.
During the meeting, Chairman of the Federation of trade unions of Uzbekistan Kudratilla Rafikov told the guests about the drastic changes in the sphere of social and labor relations being carried out in the country on the initiative of the President, and the promotion of these reforms to improve the living standards of the population. The introduction of substantially new principles of cooperation and interaction in the Central Asian region has allowed us to solve a number of previously existing problems, strengthen friendly relations between neighboring States, and expand mutually beneficial cooperation. Comprehensive relations between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan are growing rapidly.
During the visit, our colleagues got acquainted with the activities of the training Institute, Legal clinics, sanatoria and medical center and several other institutions of the Federation of trade unions of Uzbekistan.
The delegation highly appreciated the created conditions for training students, as well as the educational system at the Institute of advanced training of the Federation of trade unions of Uzbekistan.
The guests were impressed by the activities of the Legal clinic under the Federation of trade unions of Uzbekistan. In particular, they noted the work of the call center created on the basis of the Legal clinic as part of the feedback mechanism, as well as a special bot in the Telegram channel that allows citizens to receive free consultations on social and labor relations and rights in written, oral and online forms.
After getting acquainted with the activities of the treatment and prevention center of the Federation of trade unions of Uzbekistan and the sanatorium “Turon”, the guests noted that the conditions created for patients and the high quality of medical services provided are admirable. They were particularly impressed by modern medical equipment and a laboratory for biochemical analysis.
The delegation visited the editorial offices of the trade Union Newspapers “Ishonch”and” Ishonch-Trust”. At the meeting with the creative team, it was emphasized that improving the content of Newspapers and coverage of topics of interest to readers make it possible to increase the circulation of publications.
During the visit the guests got acquainted with the activities of the departments of Federation of trade unions of Uzbekistan, the national councils of trade unions of agriculture and production workers in the consumer goods, trade and services.
An open and constructive dialogue helped the delegation of the Federation of trade unions of Kazakhstan to evaluate the work of trade unions in Uzbekistan, and colleagues from the neighboring country had the opportunity to enrich themselves with useful experience.
